Cosmic Burst is one of the three character upgrades exclusive to 
Luna. This upgrade can be offered after the player defeats a mini-boss and then opens up a chest dropped from it.
Details
When Luna's Black Hole ends, it shoots 3 bullets that deal 50% Bullet Damage.
